I am a licensed clinical supervisor with the Virginia Board of Counseling. Throughout my career I have enjoyed watching trainees learn and grow into clinicians. In my role as a supervisor, I create an environment for reflection, growth, and continued refinement of your skills. Individual clinical supervision is $125/hour.

The fourth Satruday of the month, I offer a clinical supervision group from 10:30-12:30 the cost is $100/session.
Individual therapy is offered for adults (age 18+) to address a variety of issues: anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, existential concerns, grief, substance use, or support during times of transition. Treatment is always tailored to the individual and requires your input and feedback throughout the process in order to provide the best possible care. Insurance rates vary depending on whether someone has met their deductible, that information will be provided prior to your first appointment. Self- pay rates begin at $150/hour.
